Warning: 
Arassari Trek is not responsible for any loss (money or equipment), allergies, sickness, injuries produced while on trips; or changes of itineraries of any kind, due to environmental or climatological events out of our control. 

Payment:
To confirm your assistance and reserve your place, it is necessary to pay 50% of the price 20 days prior to departure. The rest has to be completed 8 days before initiation of the tour. Cancellations done from 7 to 1 day before initiation will be returned 50% of payment done. 

Note
We must have in mind the goals we expect with these exclusive trips. Firstly, we are going to observe the fauna. The animals that we would see along can be photographed and as such can be used for scientific and divulgative purposes. However, not a single animal can be collected and less so be transported to another country. If the purpose of a particular group is to collect live or preserved specimens, a proposal must be submitted to the Ministerio del Ambiente y de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (MARNR), the Venezuelan Environment Ministery (LINK), which authorizes the expedition of pertaining collecting permits. 
The company is not responsible of any out-law performance of its clients in this or other respects.
