PICO BOLIVAR / HUMBOLDT / COCODRILO

This trekking & climbing excursion may well be considered as Venezuela's
best and strongest hike. Extreme jeep rides, villages, 2 maybe 3 out of
the 5 highest peaks of the country, glacier walks, beautiful mountain lakes,
rock-climbing, overnights in caves and encounters with farmers living far
off any beaten track, magnificent cloud forest, an incredible variety of
vegetation and very different climates. The virgin wilderness of South
America at it's best. This is a combination of Los Picos with From the
Condor to the Cocodrile trek. Outstanding !
Possibility to extend the trip for rafting (grade 4, integral) or for
3 or more days of wildlife observation in the "llanos". (or both !)
Only for people in excellent physical conditions !!!

climbers: Pico Bolivar represents an easy difficulty degree and
Pico
Humboldt is pure hiking with crampons and ice axes. But do not underestimate
the effects of high altitude and fast ascension..
