The variety of vegetation's, climates, animals and birds cannot be seen  elsewhere in such an impressive way like on this tour. Excitement is added with rafting, horseback riding, tubing, mountainbiking, piranafishing and spectacular boat trips through untouched nature.

Briefing at 18:00 hours the day previous to departure. 

Day 1:
- Departure at 06:00 hours 
- Paramo road known as Transandina. Mucuchies, San Rafael, Apartaderos, Laguna Mucubaji, St. Domingo valley. 
- Barinas, lunch at Campamento Arassari, 
- Ride n’ Raft (both rec. for all levels) 
- Supper and overnight at typical farm. (Campamento Arassari) 

Day 2:
- Breakfast 
- Mariano Arismendi, popular art painter. His gallery and atelier. 
- Further south. Wildlife and Bird observation from the road. 
- Lunch at San Vicente, a small fisher village in the Apure state. 
- Boat ride, wildlife observation and Piranha fishing. 
- Overnight in SAN VICENTE 

Day 3:
- Breakfast 
- Wildlife and bird observation from the boat. (3 hours) 
- Lunch at HATO EL JAGUAR DEL ESPANTO 
- Hato exploration on horseback or with jeep 
- More wild and domestic animals. 
- Bufallo cheese production. 
- Overnight at the Hato EL JAGUAR DEL ESPANTO. 

Day 4:
- Breakfast 
- By boat to the  fisher village of San Silvestre. 4 hours of amazing gallery forrest vegetation, birds, crocs, iguanas along the river. 
- Lunch 
- By van 1 hour back to Barinas/ 3 and a half hours to Merida. 

- Or another day at Hato El Jaguar and return on day 5. 

NOTE: This is a roundtrip. We always ry to avoid to have 2 groups at the same time at the same place. The tour can be done the other way round too. Starting with the Hato or the village of San Vicente. It will always be the same just in another order. This tour is only available at Arassari Trek.
